Submitting

The following information will help you submit your materials for the supplement. Submission deadline is November 1, 2008.

Please review these instructions carefully. For those who participated last year, note this is a new procedure which you should find more efficient.

Download the "PIP 2008 Customer Template" by clicking here. This is an editable PDF document which can be saved as you type into it. Simply tab from heading to heading as you complete the form. You will be limited to the number of characters shown in each heading, so be complete yet concise. Readers tend NOT to read long, gray passages of text. We do recommend, however, that you enter some information into every heading so your potential donors/supporters will see how active your organization is in its endeavors.

Save your document often as you type. Then you can return to it as needed for edits. Please make sure your copy has been proofed by everyone in your organization and is ready for publishing before sending. Copy changes are more difficult after submission.

Please note that the last heading, SPONSORED BY, is required. We need this to match your input with your sponsor's ad in the event they are submitted separately. The ad size is 10 inches wide by 12.625 inches tall. Detailed ad specifications are available by clicking here.

Save the form one last time when complete and after all edits are made.

Uploading your materials

Please use the online file transfer site at filetransfer.amcity.com. You should be uploading these 4 items:

  1. Completed PIP Customer Template used for the left side of the display.
  2. Your logo as vector artwork (preferred is Adobe Illustrator eps) or as a high resolution jpeg or tif.
  3. Your sponsor's logo (if you are a self-sponsored organization, you will only be uploading your own logo).
  4. Your or your sponsor's full page ad for the right side of the display.

Your sponsor may upload their ad and logo independently. Please have them identify you as their sponsored organization in the notes when uploading. Again, this is to ensure all sponsors and organizations are paired correctly. You may also opt to have your sponsor upload your completed template and logo for you when they upload their ad.
